The Quadrant – The Palm Suite
As you enter the Quadrant, you’ll be greeted by brick walls and industrial features giving you a New York apartment vibe. This carries on through into the apartment which has a brick statement wall and views of the city.
The kitchen-living room is flooded with light from the bi-folding doors out onto the balcony.
With sage green, luxury sofa (which can be turned into a sofa bed on request) and 55” Smart TV mounted opposite. It gives you access to log in and watch Netflix, Amazon, Prime and other on-demand channels.
The bespoke kitchen has been newly fitted and is accessorised with copper handles and mirror splashback. Filled with all the utensils you need to prepare a meal, sit and enjoy at the bar or out on the balcony.
A sliding door leads to a large wardrobe area, and adjoining is the Master bedroom which also has access to the balcony and a picture frame window with views of the Minster.
The king-size bed can be split into two singles on request and is made up of hotel quality linens and towels.
The bespoke bathroom has also been newly fitted with high-quality stone effect tiles, a large rainfall shower, sink and toilet.
This newly built apartment has all the mod-cons, including under flooring heating, dishwasher and washer dryer etc.
As you enter the apartment, there is a small lobby area with coat hanging facilities.

You won’t be disappointed by the location of this apartment. Located in the centre of York, just off Bootham. One of the finest approaches to the city and just a 200 meter walk to Bootham Bar, Exhibition square and just a short distance further into the city centre, shops and walks by the river.
Being in the centre of York there is no need for a car, and we are a 15-minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car, there is a car park next to the apartment.
