Designed and decorated to a very high standard in a New York loft-style building called the Quadrant, this one-bedroom apartment is comprised of a modern kitchen with a bar and open plan living space.
Equipped with everything you would need for a self-catering stay and added extras like a secure safe, Bose speaker, cocktail making kit, coffee machine and large flat screen Tv with Netflix and other catch-up channels.
The accent armchair gives the room a pop of colour, along with the three-seater sofa that can be set up as a sofa bed on request.
Though into the bedroom, a velvet, blue double bed with hotel quality linen and towels, again with a window overlooking the York Minster and a door out onto the balcony.
The apartment also boasts a luxury bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.
Underfloor heating, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a pay and display car park next to the apartment building.
Named after John Ruskin, an English writer and Philosopher, as well as the owner’s beloved dog!!

We loved the home and really felt at home!Fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and well equipped kitchen which made our stay very comfortable. The view from the balcony was exactly as described, which was fantastic.The property is quiet, peaceful, and overall stunning. We had a great stay in The Ruskin Suite when myself and an old work colleague visited for the York Ebor in August The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing weekend. We used the sofa bed which was very comfortable too. The view of the towers of York Minster from the living room/balcony was super, and the location was really central and easy to find. Our host was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend the apartment and would definitely love to stay here next time we visit York.
