The Quadrant – The King Suite
One of the highlights of the apartment is the two balconies, with remarkable views of the York Minster.
One is accessible from the first floor lounge, and the other from the main bedroom downstairs offering outdoor seating for 4 – a perfect spot for enjoying a drink on a summer evening.
The Quadrant is a newly developed apartment complex just beyond the historic city walls. It exudes quality, uniqueness and subtle luxury upon entry.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment building and is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, it houses both bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, coffee machine, dresser, and wardrobe. An ensuite with a splendid walk-in shower and recessed lighting is adjacent to the master bedroom, which also opens onto a balcony with seating for 2 and views of York Minster.
The second bedroom offers the flexibility of a super king or twin beds upon request, accompanied by a wall-mounted TV, wardrobes, and a dresser. This room also has balcony access. The main bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.
There’s also a utility room with a washer-dryer on this level.
Striking wallpaper lines the staircase leading to the top floor, where the main living space is situated. A custom kitchen island with a granite top serves as a dining table for 4. The well-appointed kitchen includes high-end fixtures, and a Nespresso coffee machine adds convenience.
The living area features a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, accent chair, coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus. Additionally, there’s a futon single sofa bed that can be made upon request for children.
The apartment does come with one parking space – a digital parking permit included that can be used at Bootham Row, just next to the apartment. Full details will be sent before your stay.

Lovely!
This was our second stay at The Quadrant – this time in The King Suite. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described and a great base for exploring the city. It was very clean, well maintained and safe. We managed to find a parking space in the car park next to the building which was really handy.
We had a lovely time in York and this excellent accommodation certainly helped my daughter and I to enjoy a relaxing break. Communication with Daisy was also excellent.

We were happy to be in their apartment is nice , they take care of every detail, comfortable , they have everything one needs at hand , the main room has an incredible view that faces behind the cathedral , it is right in the old town of the city around many restaurants and on the corner has a mini supermarket just everything perfect would come back to York again.

The Quadrant is in the perfect place to explore York. Easy walking to the minster, station and restaurants, on site parking and in a quiet location. We had a top floor 2 bedroom duplex suite with 2 balconies with fabulous views of the minster. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect only hitch was we could not get the wi-fi to work but the area was so beautiful we ended up not needing it.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment, it was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with super comfy beds and fantastic bathrooms. The views of York Minster’s towers from the 2 balconies are wonderful. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in York as all the attractions are walkable with a small supermarket on your doorstep and pubs and restaurants a few minutes walk away.

The location was ideal for exploring York, and the views of The Minister were simply spectacular. Daisy was an excellent communicator, and we greatly appreciated all the information she provided in advance of our stay. We highly recommend this place for a stay in the charming city of York.

This Air BnB was perfect! The place looks nice online and exceeds expectations in person. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and well kept. The location was also perfect- not far from the hustle and bustle but in a bit of a quieter area. There is a beer garden right nearby an initially worried it might be loud but it was not an issue at all. I highly recommend this place!

This flat is a wonderful find in York. The location cannot be beat, just steps from the Bootham Gate, we could walk anywhere in the central city within 5-10 minutes, and the two balconies provided a stunning view of the York Minster. Despite its proximity to a number of pubs/restaurants, it was rather quiet, even with the windows open on a warm night. The flat is thoughtfully laid out and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was also very well-equipped. Communication with the owner was great. She proactively reached out and provided great local recommendations. We would absolutly stay here again the next time we visit York.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in York at the Kings Suite. The apartment was larger than expected, lots of room for the three of us and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces were well equipped. The views of York Minister from the two balconies was fabulous and use of the car park a real bonus. Daisy was great at communicating throughout and we’d love to stay again.

Booked a weekend stay in York with friends. The apartment was more than what we could have hoped for. It was clean, modern decor, comfortable and had a full kitchen which would suit staying in a night. It was close to the train station and city centre. Communication regarding the booking was fantastic and any questions were answered within a short time. Brilliant service we hope to return in the future
