The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a previously used flour mill, which was later repurchased as a Nestle warehouse and has since been converted into charmingly refurbished apartments.

Included within your stay are mini toiletries, tea and coffee-making facilities, Smart TV.

Although there is no parking included there are several car parks close by (full details will be sent ahead of your stay)

*****Great stay in York, apartment is super easy to get to from the centre of York.

The ‘ChocoLets’ apartments are all based in the old Rowntree’s chocolate warehouse.
Now known as Nestle.

Originally one of the largest flour mills in Europe in 1860. The building was situated between the river Foss and Wormald’s cut, The mill closed in 1930 and in 1935 it became the Rowntree and Co’s Navigation Warehouse and now has been extensively renovated into luxury apartments.
