The Quadrant – The Carillon Suite
The New York Loft style building was built in 2021 and provides lots of industrial character.
Based on the second floor of the apartment buidling (accessed by stairs or lift)
We now have a free parking space included!
The apartment itself is split across two floors, giving space and height. Each floor benefits from its own balcony, giving you fabulous views across the rooftops, tree line and The York Minster.
The ground floor of the apartment is home to two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom has a statement wood, panelled wall behind the king-size bed (which can be split into two single beds on request), sliding doors out onto the balcony and an ensuite with a luxury shower room with a waterfall shower, sink and toilet.
The second room has a double bed with a plush velvet headboard, a picture frame window that looks out to the Minster and a door onto the balcony.
Next door is a matching luxury shower room with a waterfall shower, sink and toilet.
Hotel quality linen and towels are provided throughout.
The staircase then leads you up and around into the apex loft space,
With a high-spec kitchen which includes all the amenities, you need to cook and socialise.
The space has a contemporary ‘Wishbone’ style wooden table and chair set to sit and enjoy a meal. Bold, brick coloured mid-century style sofas and 55″ 4K smart TV fully loaded with on-demand TV.
All centred around the fantastic views that are framed by the large sliding doors onto another balcony.
Located off Bootham, a beautiful tree-lined road leading to the historical Bootham bar as you enter the city of York.
During your stay, you could have the pleasure of experiencing the Minster bell ringers.
The church bell, also known as a Carillon, was the inspiration for the apartment’s name.

Stunning, Central Apartment
We had 2 nights in the Carillion Suite and it was absolutely stunning. Immaculate apartment, done to a very high standard.
Plenty of room for the 4 adults, with a lovely view of the Minster from the Balconies. Fantastic location too, only a short walk to the Minster. Extremely helpful owners and provided easy to follow instructions for check in etc. Would 100% stay here again.
We couldnt fault the apartment – 10 out of 10
(We can Highly recommend the most incredible Tapas just an 8 min walk from the apartment called Ambiente Goodramgate)
Perfect apartment
Wow, what can we say. 3 night stay, 3 adults. This a very clean modern apartment with everything you could possibly want for fantastic stay in York. Perfect location, fantastic views. Perfect break with parking a bonus.
Highly recommend the Hole in the Wall for meals, it is busy but worth it.
Definitely stay here again if in York.

APARTMENT – Exactly as it looks in the photos – Tastefully styled and well equipped – Ample space for our family of five – Really useful to have a parking spot nearby if you travelled by car LOCATION – Couldn’t ask for a better spot; perfect location – Very close to Yorkminster (lovely view of it from the apartment, not even a 5 min walk away) – Easy to stroll in and out of the city center to all the sites, shops and restaurants – Perfect location really HOST – Daisy was friendly and super responsive on email Zero complaints; you wouldn’t regret booking this place for a visit to York.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic location. With a small child it’s hard to find a place that satisfies all needs, but Daisy’s place was brilliant. Less than 5 minutes to the Minster and ample places locally for coffee and food. Will come again!

Violet Home's place was right in the center of York's city center
Violet Home’s place was right in the center of York’s city center, everything was a 15 minute or less walk. It was very clean, and the host was very kind and communicative.

We spent some days two weeks ago. We had a great stay!
The apartment was really cute, cozy, clean and had all the comforts we needed.
The view from the little terrace overlooking the cathedral towers was absolutely stunning!
The location is fantastic: just outside the city walls with a supermarket just across the street and a convenient car park.
We had a small issue with the fire alarm system when we arrived, but Daisy was super helpful and sorted it out quickly.
Highly recommended!
We’ll definitely be back, also because York is a little gem!
