How much does holiday let management cost in York?
There’s a one-off set-up fee of £350 and cleaning from £65 per stay. We’ll give you your exact management fee with your free income estimate. All fees are plus VAT, and every cost appears on your monthly statement.
Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. Block out dates for your own stays whenever you like. We just charge for the clean afterwards.
I already host on Airbnb. Can you take over my listing?
Yes. You keep your listing and its reviews: you add us as a co-host on Airbnb, and we set everything else up for you.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly, with a clear statement showing every booking, cost and payout. You can see everything any time in your owner portal.

Is there a minimum contract?
Our agreement has a 12-month minimum term with three months’ notice, which you can give during the first year. The notice period lets stays already booked go ahead and every payout arrive, so your final statement is complete.
