Jasmine Cottage is a spacious and charming three-bedroom home, perfect for families or groups looking to relax in comfort while exploring York and the surrounding areas.

Upon entering, you’re welcomed into a hallway that leads to a generous open-plan living and dining area. The living room overlooks the village and features comfortable seating for six, a 55” Smart TV, games console, books, DVDs, board games, and free WiFi — perfect for cosy evenings in. The dining area includes a large table with six chairs, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The modern kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including an integrated oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, and ample cupboard space for groceries. To the rear of the property, there’s a spacious back hall with additional storage, a large fridge-freezer, and a downstairs WC.

Upstairs, you’ll find:
•A master bedroom with a king-size bed, plenty of storage, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table, and a TV with DVD player.
•A twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables, and an open wardrobe.
•A large family bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Hand soap, bath mat, and towels are provided.

On the top floor, a converted attic bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, dressing table, ample storage, and a 40” TV. A travel cot can also be provided on request for guests travelling with a baby.

To the rear, enjoy a large private courtyard with flowerbeds — a lovely space to relax outdoors.
