The Henry Isaac Suite is located just a 2-minute walk from all of York’s main attractions but benefits from being situated in a tranquil and quiet setting on the River Foss.
You’ll love the original features found in this unique building in as well as its modern and comfortable decor. You’ll receive all the luxuries of a hotel suite with the flexibility of having your own kitchen and living space.
This apartment is perfect for families and friends as well as business use. For three or four guests we can set up the comfy sofa bed in the separate living room and we can provide high chairs and travel cots on request.
This newly refurbished Cocoa suite is on the 1st floor accessed via a lift or stairs.
The apartment is well soundproofed but we do request you respect our neighbours when using the corridors.
The master bedroom is light and airy, with a large window framed by the building’s original brickwork, overlooking the River Foss. It has a king-sized bed (5ft), enhanced with hotel standard, crisp, white bedding and a wall-mounted LCD TV.
The ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom which is beautifully fitted with a shower over the bath, comes with soft fluffy towels and has access straight off the master bedroom as well as from the hallway via separate doors so ideal if a third person is staying on the sofa bed.
Along the hallway you will find the modern kitchen with all the utensils you will need, including tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and oven.
There’s also a washer/dryer!
In the living area, you will also be welcomed by views of the river with an original oak dining table to seat four guests and a large, comfortable L shaped sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed) and a smart TV.
There is a pay and display car park at the apartment you can use during your stay.

Perfect apartment for a couple or small family with one or two children. The amenities within the apartment are perfect and we had everything you could possibly need. The personal touches were welcoming, we had a Christmas Tree up and a Door Wreath much to my sons delight. The apartment itself is in a perfect location and everything was in walking distance, from main town attractions to the grocery shops are literally on your doorstep. Definitely recommend the apartment.

Perfect location
I stayed here with my daughter. This apartment was perfect – clean with excellent facilities. It has parking and is a stone’s throw from the city centre. It’s situation next to the river is beautiful and peaceful.
