The Foss Suite is ideal for couples, as well as families and business trips!
Located just a 5-minute walk from the famous York Shambles you have the advantage of being in the city centre but still in peaceful surroundings.
The highlight of this apartment is the views of the River Foss, with two huge windows making this the focal part of this property.
Only recently renovated you can enjoy a spotlessly clean stay with high-quality furniture and fittings as well as a rainfall shower and modern kitchen with all the utensils you would need to cook a meal.
This stylish apartment has a double bed made with luxury hotel standard bed linen and towels.
There is also a sofa bed if booked for more than 2 guests.
PARKING in York is like gold dust! Unfortunately, we don’t have a guaranteed parking space available but there is a pay and display car park at the apartment. We are also lucky enough to be 150 meters walk away from The Shambles Q Park. When you book with us we will give you full instructions. And once you arrive and park, you are so central to everything, there is no need to use your car again.
The ‘ChocoLets’ apartments are all based in the old Rowntree’s chocolate warehouse.
Now known as Nestle.
Originally one of the largest flour mills in Europe in 1860. The building was situated between the river Foss and Wormald’s cut, The mill closed in 1930 and in 1935 it became the Rowntree and Co’s Navigation Warehouse and now has been extensively renovated into luxury apartments.

Lovely stay and Daisy is a star
We have had a lovely time,its a beautiful apartment,fab location.It would have been our wedding day but due to covid , it wasnt so to celebrate in style and comfort was awesome, Daisy was amazing,so helpful and organised some beautiful flowers and put them in the apartment for our aviral.The handy guide to places to eat and drink was great and we would recommend,star in the city and also walking the walls. Stylish and clean apartment in an interesting building. Recently refurbished to a high standard and has everything you need. Easy to communicate with Daisy.
The location of the suite is great, in the river a short walk away from the city centre.
The location of the suite is great, in the river a short walk away from the city centre. The suite is small and cozy, ideal for a short holiday visiting York. Daisy was very welcoming and responded quickly. The checkin and checkout were smooth and contact-free which meant we didn’t have to rush for the check-in and we could maintain social distancing.
